By accessing or using ExamSummary (examsummary.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.

2. Description of Service

ExamSummary is an AI-powered exam preparation platform that provides practice tests, performance tracking (Study Score), weak topic identification, AI coaching (Lex), and parent progress reports for students preparing for Kerala SSLC, CBSE, and other competitive exams.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content, questions, or proprietary materials.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform.
• Manipulate test scores, leaderboard rankings, or streak data.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through chat features.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ExamSummary — including questions, explanations, AI-generated coaching messages, design elements, and software — is owned by ExamSummary or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Questions sourced from public examinations remain the property of their respective examination bodies.

6. AI-Generated Content

ExamSummary uses AI to generate coaching messages, doubt explanations, and progress reports. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. It is meant to supplement — not replace — classroom teaching and official study materials. We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated advice.

7. Parent Accounts

Students may link a parent account to receive weekly progress reports. By linking, the student consents to sharing their Study Score, streak status, weak topics, and study activity with the linked parent. Either party may unlink the accounts at any time.

8. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

ExamSummary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request your data before account deletion by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
