1. Free Tier

ExamSummary currently offers its core features — daily practice tests, Study Score tracking, weak topic identification, and Lex AI coaching — at no cost. Since there is no payment involved for free-tier users, no refund applies.

2. Paid Plans (When Available)

When we introduce premium or paid plans in the future, the following refund policy will apply:

  • 7-day cooling-off period: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any premium features.
  • Partial usage: If you have used premium features within the 7-day window, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion.
  • After 7 days: Refunds will not be issued after the 7-day cooling-off period.
  • Annual plans: Annual subscription refunds will be calculated on a prorated monthly basis for unused months, if requested within 30 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@examsummary.com with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Plan purchased
  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Promotional or discounted plans marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy when we introduce paid plans. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes via email.
